There has been a change in regulation that presents many Alternative Investments in a form that may appear today as "approved" and "transparent" under the new registration requirements of National Instrument 31-103. This in many ways has given a false level of comfort that these investments are good. This blog was set up for the purpose of reviewing, comparing and openly discussing the various investments being offered via the Exempt Market Dealers across Canada.

Walton Group of Companies and Walton International
They claim;
Most of the land they sell is marked up over 10X, fancy presentations, high pressure sales people that are awarded hefty commissions. Get the government involved and make some contributions to the right people and you can call this a business. I would like to hear from some of the former sales consultants. I wonder what the true valuations are on the lands?
